The UNMRA has established a Presidential Scholarship. [During this first year of the scholarship, funds raised will be pooled with other funds to create a scholarship.] The two persons who are credited with establishing the Presidential Scholarship Program are UNM retirees and Association members Robert Lalicker and Chuck Vickers. Members can donate to the Presidential Scholarship fund when they join or renew membership OR by printing out the membership form from the Website retassoc.unm.edu and completing the portion related to the scholarship. Let's show our support for UNM students by fully funding the UNMRA scholarship. More than $500 of the $2,000 needed was collected at the Annual Membership Business meeting in May.
